Narbonne Avenue, London

Narbonne Avenue, London

5 bedroom family home, 3,200 sqft

Built in 1894, known as Narbonne House, it had been in the same family since 1965 when it purchased in 2013. Originally laid out as a doctor’s surgery the ground floor was a strange mix of small rooms and bathrooms to the rear, offset with larger spaces to the front. The house had to be stripped back to the walls, everything changed for new. The goal, as always, was to maximise the functionality of internal layouts for the way the owners live.

Opening up and extending the ground floor and basement provided ample living space for growing family life. Stunning period features were refurbished and complemented with classic design. A bespoke lighting and audio visual package add an air of indulgence to this beautiful and practical family home.
