Q. How do you get paid?
We charge 1.5% plus VAT on the purchase price of the sourced property, or, one months’ rent for a successful rental search. We ask for a £500 retainer which will be deducted from your final bill. We take no payments from outside parties and work solely on behalf of the client.
Q. Do I have to pay the estate agent?
No, buyers/renters are not subject to any estate agent fees.
Q. Is the service confidential?
Yes, we have a wide variety of customers and their confidentiality is imperative to our ongoing business. We pride ourselves on the strength of our reputation and promise never sell data.

Yes, a significant proportion of our properties are sourced away from the open market. We have numerous off market avenues from bank liquidations to private sales for individuals who don’t want to use an agent.
Q. Im relocating from overseas can you help?
Yes, a significant proportion of our business is helping clients relocate or move back to London from a period abroad.
